John Petrachek was born and raised in Burlington Ontario, and currently resides
in the Greater Toronto Area with his wife, Valerie. John graduated from Brock University
with a business degree. In 1999, he led the charge in purchasing Atlas-Apex Roofing,
which would become the genesis of future growth. With the help of many key players,
John grew the Atlas-Apex brand into one that was truly multi-national with over
1,500 employees. Since 1999, John expanded into a variety of strategically important
business sectors, and alongside his wife, has grown a real estate portfolio, primarily
in the industrial space, across Canada and into the United States. Mr. Petrachek’s
primary focus as CEO of the Group is to search out and continue to expand into sectors
that either hold strategic value for the existing group, or seek out entirely new
opportunities. John, with his vision of generational transfer, works closely with
his 4 children & spouses, for which he is humbly grateful.

Valerie Petrachek is one of the managing directors of the Atlas-Apex Group. Born
in Toronto and raised in Oakville Ontario where she attended Sheridan College, Valerie
met her husband in 1989 and was married in 1991. They have 4 children together (Brittany,
Zachary, Courtney, and Hailey). Mrs Petrachek has been an integral part of the Group’s
growth strategy since its origins, when the family first purchased Atlas-Apex Roofing
in 1999. Mrs Petrachek over the years has been a driving force behind the Group’s
expansive real estate holdings and developments. With her keen eye, the Group’s
holdings now span Canada and include holdings in the United States. Valerie’s artistic
mind also frequently takes her to Europe, where she has secured Canadian distribution
rights for various home décor lines, in which she works in tandem with her daughters
on. Mrs. Petrachek also leads the groups restaurant sector.

Courtney Mete was born in Oakville Ontario and currently resides in the Greater
Toronto Area. Mrs. Mete graduated from Fanshawe College with a Business Diploma
specializing in Marketing. Mrs. Mete is involved in numerous sectors within the
Atlas-Apex Group; from overseeing educational software platforms to the manufacturing
of Activewear clothing that is available both in Canada and the USA. As a director
of the Atlas-Apex Group, Courtney will continue to oversee these two operations
while searching for new opportunities. To further her primary roles and responsibilities,
Courtney and her sisters have taken on a special interest in charitable activities
within the group, alongside their mother, Valerie. Mrs. Mete brings forward thinking
strategies and a deep commitment to success in any task within her reach.

Hailey Petrachek was born in Oakville Ontario, and resides in both the Greater Toronto
Area, as well as in Switzerland. She graduated from Brock University, much like
her father, and received a Business Degree majoring in Marketing and Economics.
Ms. Petrachek being born into an entrepreneurial family, was encouraged after graduation
to join the Atlas-Apex Group within the national roofing company and took over its
Marketing Department. Shortly thereafter, she headed up the launching of the Home
Décor and Interior Design sector for the group with the help of her mother, Valerie.
Within this sector, the groups importing and exporting exchange became multi-national
to include Canada, the USA, China and the EU. As a director within the Atlas-Apex
Group, her roles is to seek further expansion into unique markets.

and has been apart of the Atlas-Apex Group since 2015. A primary focus of Zachary’s
tenure has been at the Group's national roofing company, where he has held numerous
positions. As a director of the Atlas-Apex Group, Zachary’s education and training

Area. Mrs. Petrachek has been heavily active at Atlas-Apex Roofing, the Group’s
national roofing contractor, for over 13 years and is currently a Senior Vice President
in charge of Operations. Mrs. Petrachek attended George Brown College, with a focus
in Human Resource Management. While being an integral part of the roofing sector,
Mrs. Petrachek has been involved in every aspect of the Atlas-Apex Group of companies.

Area. Mr. Mete entered into professional sports from an early age, first playing
in the National Hockey League beginning in 2017 after being drafted from the OHL.
Following his retirement from professional sports, Victor began working in the insurance
industry, with a primary focus on commercial general liability insurance and captive
insurance. Mr. Mete’s experience also offers unique insight into the restaurant
sector, with his family owning and operating a successful banquet hall. Mr. Mete
is not only proud of the professional accomplishments he has achieved but is also energized
